Product Designer

🎨 Senior Product Designer | FinTech | Hybrid (London)

We’re working with a high-growth FinTech scale-up on a mission to make global finance more accessible and inclusive.

They're looking for a Product Designer to join their small but mighty team and lead design across iOS, Android, and Web. This is for someone who loves solving complex problems with beautiful, intuitive design – and is comfortable owning the full end-to-end process, from discovery through to delivery and iteration.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to ship features that genuinely help people in their day-to-day lives.

🧠 What they're looking for:

• Extensive experience in designing commercial apps (in-house, not agency)
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (not just UI)
• Confident across mobile + web
• Strong Figma skills and solid UX instincts
• High autonomy + love working in fast-paced, mission-led teams
• Experience designing for emerging markets or diverse audiences = big plus

Bonus if you’ve dabbled in code or helped scale design systems across platforms.
