Project Director
Seeking Senior or Director level Project Managers working in Construction, looking to transition into Construction Technology.
Our client is a VC-backed, high-growth ConTech business transforming how major construction projects are delivered. Their AI-powered platform automates on-site progress tracking, enabling contractors, consultants and asset owners to improve planning accuracy, increase efficiency and reduce costly delays.
The Role
You’ll own executive-level relationships across major UK construction clients - driving account growth, product adoption and long-term strategic value.
What You’ll Do
- Own and develop senior stakeholder relationships across contractors and asset owners
- Drive upsells and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- Monitor account health, value realisation, and revenue forecasting
- Secure executive sponsorship and increase product adoption across projects
- Lead change management conversations within complex construction environments
- Translate customer insight into product and commercial feedback
- Support advocacy initiatives including case studies and market visibility
About You
- Extensive experience in construction project management
- Deep understanding of commercial and operational construction processes
- Credible influencing senior and executive stakeholders
- Strong communicator - confident on-site and in the boardroom
- Proactive, high ownership, comfortable in a scaling environment
