The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing New Business team as an SDR, acting as the engine of outbound growth .

You’ll sit at the top of the funnel, working closely with Sales, Marketing and leadership to identify, engage and qualify retail prospects — setting up high-quality meetings for the Business Development team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generating sales-qualified leads via outbound prospecting:
  • LinkedIn
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Events
  • Booking discovery meetings for Business Development Managers
  • Researching target retail accounts and buyer personas
  • Working closely with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and inbound interest
  • Creating and managing outbound email and LinkedIn sequences
  • Running discovery-style conversations to uncover needs, pain points and buying triggers
  • Clearly articulating the company’s value proposition and differentiators
  • Feeding insights back into Sales and Marketing to continuously improve messaging and results

What They’re Looking For

Must-haves

  • 1 years’ experience as an SDR or in a lead-generation / outbound sales role in RetailTech, Fintech (payments), performance marketing, loyalty / rewards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to hit or exceed activity and meeting targets
  • Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a 100% outbound environment
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ambition to progress into a closing role.

  • Base salary: £40,000 + 20k OTE (uncapped)
