Senior Account Executive
Our client is a VC backed, early-stage impact SaaS business using AI to improve how frontline services are delivered at scale. They partner with public sector and mission-driven organisations across employment, justice, health, housing, and wider social impact - modernising support systems and driving better outcomes for underserved communities.
The Role
You’ll own revenue end-to-end - closing complex deals, shaping go-to-market strategy, and building a repeatable sales motion from the ground up. You won’t be starting alone as there is SDR support driving top-of-funnel activity - but you’ll define how this function scales.

Core Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle sales: discovery → demo → proposal → close
- Convert SDR-generated pipeline and build strategic outbound motion
- Sell into public sector and mission-driven organisations
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Refine ICP, messaging and commercial positioning
- Implement strong sales hygiene and CRM discipline
- Feed customer insight into product and company strategy
About You
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling into public sector or mission-led organisations
- Track record of exceeding quota in complex deal environments
- Start-up / scale-up experience is a must
- Entrepreneurial, high ownership, comfortable in ambiguity
- You are genuinely mission-driven and values-aligned
- You care about impact, not just ARR
