This role is tailor-made for a seasoned client leader — someone already running complex accounts, fluent in digital performance, and ready to shape strategy, not just execute it. If you're looking to move into a Head of Client Success/Delivery role in the near future, this is your launchpad.

You’ll join a growing, VC-backed scale-up operating at the intersection of flexible workspace, digital media, and local performance marketing . The client is already partnering with global names in the category (think WeWork and beyond), with a product that delivers measurable commercial outcomes across thousands of locations.

What you’ll do:

  • Own delivery and performance for a portfolio of major B2B clients, acting as the strategic bridge between data, delivery, and client outcomes
  • Lead performance reporting and insight sharing — turning dashboards into decisions and translating data into compelling value narratives
  • Work across tools like Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, and media platforms (DSPs/DMPs) to drive local campaign results
  • Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence, while collaborating closely with internal product and ops teams
  • Help define what great client success looks like — shaping the model, tools, and metrics that scale

What you’ll bring:

  • Solid experience in client success, delivery, or performance marketing — ideally in SaaS, adtech/martech, or a tech-enabled agency environment
  • A strong technical edge: comfortable with campaign data, analytics tools, and reporting workflows
  • Clear leadership progression, with experience managing client-facing teams and building or refining delivery functions
  • Calm under pressure, clear in communication, and trusted by both clients and internal teams
  • Ambition to grow into a Head of role — you’ve got the capability, now you want the opportunity
