The Role: Senior Enterprise Account Executive

As part of a high-performing sales team, you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding enterprise accounts. This is not a transactional sales role - it requires engaging senior stakeholders, building compelling business cases, and leading complex sales cycles from prospecting to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation - Identify, engage, and develop new enterprise opportunities, working with SDRs to build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline.
  • Solution Selling - Understand client challenges and position the platform as a critical solution, driving adoption across legal teams.
  • Enterprise Sales Cycle Management - Navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales processes, managing pilots, negotiations, and procurement.
  • Strategic Growth - Drive expansion within existing enterprise accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Market Intelligence - Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to shape go-to-market strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Closing High-Value Deals - Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to final contract signature, ensuring a seamless and strategic close.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Enterprise Sales Experience in complex tech - A strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals in SaaS, fintech, legaltech, or a similar industry.
  • 4 years of closing experience required.
  • Consultative Sales Approach - Ability to sell based on ROI and business impact, influencing senior legal and commercial decision-makers.
  • Success in a High-Growth Environment - Comfortable working in a fast-moving, scale-up setting where agility and adaptability are essential.
  • Process-Driven and Metrics-Focused - Experience working within structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar.
  • Ambition and Drive - A proactive mindset with a strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering results.
