Senior Product Designer

I'm currently partnering with an exciting, fast-growing business that is looking for a Senior Product Designer to play a key role in defining the next generation of AI-led user experiences.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on designer who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving complex user problems, and wants to have a genuine impact on product direction.

🔹 Own the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery through to delivery

🔹3+ years management experience

🔹 Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Founders in a highly collaborative environment

🔹 Lead workflow mapping, user research, and experience design

🔹 Influence product strategy and key business decisions through design thinking

🔹 Design, test, iterate, and learn quickly in a start-up environment

🔹 Contribute to and evolve the existing design system

🔹 Help build and shape design culture from the ground up
