Senior Product Designer
Senior Product Designer (UX Focus)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
Location: Hybrid – London (Canary Wharf). Initially 3 days onsite, with flexibility for more remote working over time.
I’m working with a high-growth B2B SaaS start-up building an AI-enabled platform in a complex, high-value problem space. They’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong UX focus to take ownership of end-to-end experience design and play a key role in shaping the future of AI-led interfaces within a data-rich, workflow-heavy product environment.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, mapping workflows, and working closely with engineers and product leaders in a fast-moving start-up environment where ambiguity is high and systems thinking is essential.
The Team & How You’ll Work
- You’ll drive hands-on UX execution, with opportunity to influence broader product direction
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and a UI Designer
- Act as the go-to person for understanding user problems, mapping workflows, and anticipating edge cases
- Collaborate within a small, cross-functional start-up team
- Design for complex user journeys involving structured data, logic, and rule-based interactions
What They’re Looking For
- Strong UX design experience, ideally within complex B2B or SaaS products
- Confident in workflow mapping, systems thinking, and breaking down ambiguous problems
- Able to clearly articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional decision-making
- Proficient in Figma
- Solid understanding of modern UI design and how to collaborate effectively with UI designers
- Detail-oriented, thoughtful, and precise in execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment
- Experience designing data-heavy platforms, internal tools, or complex multi-step workflows is highly desirable
- A portfolio that demonstrates depth of thinking, problem framing, iteration, and real shipped product work (not purely visual showcase projects)
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
- Experience with interaction design and/or motion design
Location & Benefits
- Hybrid working with London office access
- Competitive salary
- 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays + birthday off
- Private health insurance and life assurance
- Company pension scheme
- £50 per month wellness allowance
- 2 annual giving-back days for mentoring or community work
- Opportunity to work closely with founders and have a real impact on product direction
Please note: Portfolios that are purely visual showcases (e.g., Dribbble or Behance-only profiles) will not be considered.
