Solutions Architect

🚀 Technology Solution Architect | Leading International Law Firm | London (Hybrid) | Up to £120k

I'm working with a growing Legal organisation looking for a senior architect who can operate beyond traditional solution architecture.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical credibility with exceptional stakeholder management skills. You'll be responsible for shaping solutions across a complex technology landscape, influencing senior decision-makers, and presenting recommendations to C-suite and board-level stakeholders.

Key requirements:

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Broad architecture experience across multiple domains

✅ Technical expertise in Azure, SQL, cloud integration and enterprise systems

✅ Ability to operate in a regulated environment

✅ Comfortable working autonomously and helping shape a growing architecture function

Important Context

• You will be part of a 3 person team including yourself
• The role requires someone who is comfortable “finding their own path” and shaping direction
• Stakeholder management and communication are the most important success factors
• Candidates must be able to handle both technical and strategic conversations (including challenging C-level questions)
• Not essential to be fully hands-on, but must be able to understand, challenge, and guide technical teams

This isn't a role for someone who wants to stay purely technical. It's for an architect who can bridge business and technology, influence investment decisions, and drive successful outcomes.

💷 Salary: Up to £120,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates)
