🚀 What You’ll Do
- Lead Customer Programs
- Plan and coordinate initiatives to ensure customers get maximum value from the platform. Champion adoption and engagement across user teams.
- Own Projects & Renewals
- Support pilots, renewals, and expansion projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer goals with internal teams including Delivery, Product, and Sales.
- Stay Engaged & Aligned
- Host regular check-ins and strategic meetings, including on-site visits and quarterly reviews, to deepen partnerships and maintain alignment.
✅ What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in Implementation roles, or a similar client-facing role.
- Fluent German (written and spoken) – essential.
- Strong multitasking, project execution, and time management skills.
- A proactive, empathetic, customer-first mindset.
