Technical Support Engineer

We're Hiring! Technical Support Engineer - Perm - Remote (UK based) Up to £60,000

My client is urgently hiring a Technical Support Engineer.

Are you passionate about tech, love solving complex problems, and have experience working across hardware and software? This remote role based in the UK could be for you.

You'll work directly with top-tier clients (Google, Meta, BMW, Nintendo & more), support sales through demos, and collaborate with product & engineering teams to deliver solutions that matter.

Ideal if you have:

- 4+ years in software-hardware prototyping (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, etc.)

- Strong backend & networking knowledge (Docker, Linux, SQL)

- Solid experience with JS/TS, Python, C++

- Great communication and a customer-first mindset

Bonus: AWS, Unity, Figma, IoT/Voice API know-how
