Vendor Manager

🚨 New 8 month Contract Opportunity – Vendor management in Procurement - Finance Systems (Remote/ occasional days in London) - OUTSIDE IR35 🚨

I’m currently working on an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Vendor & Contract Management professional to join a high-performing team within a complex finance/IT environment.

📍 Location: London

💰 Daily Rate: £450

📅 8 month Contract role

🔍 What we’re looking for:

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of commercial operations, service delivery, and vendor governance. Strong experience with drafting SLAs, leading negotiations and commercial vendor management.

Key experience required:

• Strong background in contract management and vendor governance (Finance Systems or IT preferred)

• Proven experience in service delivery oversight or service management (ITIL exposure is a plus)

• Solid understanding of procurement processes and RFP management

• Experience supporting commercial negotiations

• Strong analytical skills (spend analysis, SLA tracking, performance monitoring)

• Exposure to PMO processes and project delivery

• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and contract/service management tools

🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field

• 5–10 years’ experience across vendor management, procurement, service delivery, commercial operations, or PMO
