Customer Fulfilment Colleague

Make a difference with Dye & Durham. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Due to exciting growth, we are now looking for a Fulfilment Team Colleague. Reporting to Fulfillment Manager, you will develop in depth knowledge of our suppliers, products and services to ensure products ordered by our business customers are accurate and returned within our agreed SLA's. You will be responsible for managing variety of tasks including: Order data products via a number of sources including online, telephone and hard copy.
Using our in-house technology to manage the progression of orders to fulfilment for our customer.
Re-submit any system rejections.
Raise and respond to any data provider enquiries via system, email and telephone.
Chasing results and any overdue orders. Processing credits and extra charges.
Cancellation and expedite products ordered. As a Fulfilment Team Colleague, you will manage the relationships with our multiple suppliers and their fellow teams and will work closely with the Customer Support team to advise of delays or queries with orders which can then be pro-actively communicated back to the customer. This is a fast-paced environment, and you will have experience in managing multiple Orders with accuracy and adhering to strict deadlines. You will work collaboratively within the Order Fulfillment team to support shared deadlines, performance objectives and processing targets. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED? You should have 2-3 years' experience in a process driven, product delivery role (preferable) or appropriate experience. You will be able to demonstrate experience In; Call handling and administration work
