Data Analyst
A UK-based solutions provider is seeking a Data Analyst for Customer & Sales Support of their logistics clients on a permanent basis.
This hands-on role combines customer service, data analysis, and platform support. You'll work with clients across the logistics sector, supporting onboarding, training, and go-live activities both remotely and on-site. The role is remote with travel expected when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via support tickets
- Prepare and analyse logistics and routing data
- Benchmark data and create reports (pre- and post-sales)
- Set up and test mobile applications
- Prepare project scoping and onboarding documentation
- Deliver virtual and on-site client training
- Support customers during go-live periods (flexible hours)
- Conduct platform testing pre- and post-release
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain environments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (preferred)
- JIRA experience (preferred)
- Technical minded
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent written and spoken English
