Data Analyst

A UK-based solutions provider is seeking a Data Analyst for Customer & Sales Support of their logistics clients on a permanent basis.

This hands-on role combines customer service, data analysis, and platform support. You'll work with clients across the logistics sector, supporting onboarding, training, and go-live activities both remotely and on-site. The role is remote with travel expected when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via support tickets
  • Prepare and analyse logistics and routing data
  • Benchmark data and create reports (pre- and post-sales)
  • Set up and test mobile applications
  • Prepare project scoping and onboarding documentation
  • Deliver virtual and on-site client training
  • Support customers during go-live periods (flexible hours)
  • Conduct platform testing pre- and post-release

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain environments
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (preferred)
  • JIRA experience (preferred)
  • Technical minded
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent written and spoken English
