Technology Support Analyst – 6 Month On-Site

Prospect 33 is hiring a Technology Support Analyst to support a leading global investment firm based near Bond Street Station. This is a full-time, on-site role (no hybrid), ideal for someone with a strong IT support background looking to work in a fast-paced financial services environment.

You’ll join a small, agile tech team providing 1st and 2nd line support across desktops, mobile devices, conferencing tools, and financial platforms. You'll also help lead user training and contribute to tech rollouts and service improvements.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide in-person and remote Tier 1 & 2 IT support across the firm’s London office
  • Troubleshoot issues across Windows 10, M365, Citrix, conferencing systems, and financial apps
  • Support senior stakeholders and high-level users with professionalism and urgency
  • Contribute to documentation, ticketing, and user experience enhancement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years in IT support (at least 1 in financial services)
  • Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Citrix
  • Experience supporting PC/mobile hardware and video conferencing tools
  • Familiarity with market data applications and financial platforms

Bonus if you bring:

  • PowerShell scripting, Group Policy, or Intune
  • Mac OS / iOS support
  • Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), PowerPoint
  • A passion for service and continuous improvement
