Working within our community allows us to lead, provide, and influence care so that anyone affected by a life-limiting illness has access to the best possible support when and wherever they need it.What You’ll Be Doing As our Digital Experience Manager, you’ll lead the development, optimisation and performance of our digital platforms.You’ll ensure our website is user-friendly, secure and aligned with our strategic goals, using insights and analytics to continually test, learn, and improve. From SEO to accessibility, you’ll fine-tune every digital touchpoint to ensure it works for the people who need it most.Working collaboratively with colleagues across communications, fundraising, events and care, you’ll create seamless, engaging experiences, both behind the scenes and in the spotlight.In this role, you’ll also:- Oversee our website, managing new developments, integrations and performance- Lead digital user testing, accessibility improvements and analytics reporting- Plan and manage social media and digital acquisition campaigns- Create insight-driven dashboards using Google Analytics and Looker Studio- Support digital fundraising efforts and the promotion of events and campaigns What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who blends technical confidence with curiosity and compassion, someone who’s just as motivated by dashboards and UX testing as they are by purpose and people.We’re looking for someone who has:- Experience managing complex projects- Experience using content management systems- Experience managing and optimising Google Analytics- Experience using Google Data and/or Looker Studio to create user-focused dashboards- Experience optimising landing pages, user funnels and website content- Experience of test, learn, iterate approaches to digital proposition development- Knowledge of developing and managing organic, boosted and paid social media campaigns- Knowledge of website analytics toolsPlease note, this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for an enhanced disclosure with barred list check to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.What We Offer- 27 days’ annual leave entitlement FTE (plus bank holidays)- Generous contributory pension scheme and life assurance- Discounts with local retailers, gyms, and service providers, including Blue Light Discount Card- Employee Assistance Programme- Family-friendly policies and practices- Supportive induction, and training and development- A values-led, inclusive working environment- Free parking on-site Join Us This is your opportunity to lead digital transformation at a charity making a real difference - every single day.
