The Opportunity
We’re hiring an ambitious Tech Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline for leading technology brands. This is a role with structured training, real responsibility, and clear progression for high performers.
What You’ll Do
- Book qualified meetings through targeted outbound and inbound activity
- Engage decision-makers and influencers across B2B technology accounts
- Initiate discovery telephone conversations and qualify sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new opportunities and support long-term growth
- Hit and exceed monthly targets
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or a customer-facing role (B2B preferred)
- Confident communicator via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Organised, driven, and coachable
- Motivated to build a career in B2B tech sales
What We Offer
- £27,000-£32,000 base salary (depending on experience) + uncapped commission
