Platform Engineering Lead

Must have:

1. Exposure to Java script framework with API/Microservices background, Cloud-Native App Development
2. Experience in developing modern tech apps, channel experience design and build
3. Prior experience in mentoring a large technical team and evangelising emerging tech practices and trends
4. Innovation, strategy and thought leadership
5. Experience/expertise to monitor/measure/improve engineering maturity amongst the feature teams
6. Public Cloud experience
7. Engineering Leadership to drive engineering culture among the team
8. Experience in driving engineering in "product based' organisation and agile mindset
9. Experience in driving DevSecOps and Automation culture among the engineering team

Desirable:

1. Insurance Domain experience is highly desired
2. Tech Dependency management, stakeholder management skills and storytelling abilities
3. Tech Debt and Risk management
