AV Resource Coordinator
Location: Egham
Salary: 28,000 - 33,000
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global AV integrator for an experienced Senior Resource Coordinator to join their support services team in Egham. This role is fully on site with a potential of hybrid.
This role is responsible for managing the schedules and deployment of Field Service Engineers within an SLA-driven environment, ensuring high levels of service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage engineer scheduling for reactive, planned, and quoted works
Oversee PMVs and engineer utilisation
Act as the key link between the Service Desk and Field Service Engineers
Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service standards are consistently met
Maintain accurate ETAs and updates within the CRM system
Manage engineer holidays, absences, and capacity planning
Support service improvement initiatives and handle escalations
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in resource coordination or service scheduling
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
Experience using ticketing systems and CRM platforms (Dynamics preferred)
AV, VC, or technology services background advantageous
