AV Specialist

Amazing opportunity for a passionate AV Specialist (£55,000 - £70,000 + benefits) to provide exceptional support to VIP users within offices and residential properties. You'll work closely with home/office automation integrators to deliver high-end AV solutions to ensure seamless performance across all connected systems. Hybrid working between properties and London-based HQ.

The ideal candidate will be technically adept, discreet, and confident in interacting with VIP users in various environments. You will bring hands-on experience with leading AV automation systems and a proactive approach to solving complex AV issues

Responsibilities:

• Support clients with all aspects of AV and smart home technology.
• Troubleshoot and maintain AV systems such as Crestron, Control4, Savant, and Apple HomeKit.
• Integrate and support voice-controlled environments (Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant).
• Work with AV integrators and contractors to ensure flawless system design and installation.
• Manage and maintain Cisco AV solutions, including video conferencing across multiple sites.
• Provide white-glove, discreet support to high-profile individuals.
• Document systems, changes, and fixes for consistency across properties or systems.
• Proven experience with home automation AV technologies, across multiple locations around the world.
• Proven and extensive expertise with Crestron, Control4, Savant, and Apple HomeKit platforms.
• Working knowledge of Cisco AV and conferencing equipment.
• Familiarity with voice control systems and their integrations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and polished demeanour.

Desired Skills:

• Certifications in any of the above systems (Crestron Certified, Savant Installer, etc.)
• Experience in residential AV installs and working directly with UHNW clients.
• Flexibility for out-of-hours support or emergency callouts.
