Associate AV Installation Engineer

We're Hiring: Associate Audio Visual Engineer
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 | London/Maidenhead

Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic Associate AV Engineer with 1-2 years' experience to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to build your career in the Audio Visual industry, working on exciting installations and gaining hands-on experience across multiple projects.

What you'll do:

• Assist with the installation & commissioning of AV & VC systems
• Support rack builds, cabling, testing, and diagnostics
• Help troubleshoot and repair AV equipment on-site
• Work closely with senior engineers, clients, and project teams

What you'll bring:

• 1-2 years' Audio Visual experience (installation or service)
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Good IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Full driving licence
• Advantageous: IPAF, ECS, PASMA, CTS/CTS-I
