Audio Visual Field Service Engineer

This is a hands-on role supporting prestigious client sites across the UK and Europe, combining technical expertise with proactive fault resolution and client engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support across client sites
 - Deliver field service engineering and preventative maintenance as required
 - Conduct site surveys and small works installations, including client handovers
 - Travel to domestic and European client locations (as needed)
 - Work rotational shifts to meet SLA and KPI requirements
 - Manage fault tickets and ensure timely updates and resolution
 - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold commercial standards
 - Complete all necessary administrative tasks to support engineering operations
 
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in AV field service or technical support roles
 - Strong knowledge of AV/VC/UC technologies (e.g., AMX, Crestron, Extron, DSPs, video conferencing)
 - Calm under pressure with excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills
 - Confident communicator via phone and email
 - Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised
 - Flexible, proactive, and customer-focused approach
 - Able to manage client communications and escalate issues effectively
