Audio Visual Project Co-Ordinator

We're working in partnership with a leading provider of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Co-Ordinator to join their dynamic team in Maidenhead. With a reputation for technical excellence and customer satisfaction, they're expanding their operations and looking for a talented individual to help manage and coordinate their growing portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of AV/VC projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics across multiple installations
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports
• Assist with procurement and equipment tracking
• Monitor project budgets and flag variances to the Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in project coordination or administration (AV/IT/Construction sectors preferred)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar)
• Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
• Knowledge of AV or VC technologies (desirable but not essential)
