Audio Visual Warehouse Manager - Event Production

Full Time | Operations / Warehouse | Live Events & Technical Production

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring equipment and vehicles are clean, maintained, tested, complete and ready when required.

You will lead and motivate the warehouse team, plan workloads around upcoming projects and work closely with Project Managers and technical teams to make sure equipment is prepared and dispatched on time.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, motivating and developing the warehouse team
  • Planning warehouse resources, rotas and workloads
  • Ensuring equipment is picked, checked, clean, complete and ready for dispatch
  • Managing equipment returns, damage, repairs and maintenance
  • Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records
  • Coordinating equipment testing, inspections and certification
  • Maintaining high standards of warehouse organisation, cleanliness and housekeeping
  • Overseeing vehicle checks, cleanliness, loading and general readiness
  • Supporting deliveries, collections and last-minute site requirements
  • Ensuring health & safety standards and safe working practices are maintained
  • Working closely with Project Managers and technical departments to anticipate requirements and resolve problems


About You

  • Calm and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Hands-on and willing to get involved when required
  • Confident managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable holding people accountable and maintaining high standards
  • Experienced with equipment maintenance, stock control and warehouse processes

Experience in live events, AV, staging, rigging or technical production would be highly advantageous.

Experience using Current RMS would be a significant advantage.

Equipment leaves on time, complete, clean, tested and ready to perform. Returns are processed quickly, stock is accurate, maintenance is planned and the warehouse team is motivated, organised and accountable.
