Events Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract - 6-9 Months) Location: London
A leading bank in London is seeking an Events Coordinator to join on a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. This role will support the delivery of high-quality meetings and events within a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate meetings and events from booking through to completion, including room reservations, catering, AV and technology

Act as the primary point of contact for meeting and event requests, managing enquiries via phone and email

Provide on-the-day support for key meetings and events

Liaise with catering, facilities, maintenance and IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Support the coordination of training sessions to improve self-management of room bookings and video conferencing for physical and virtual meetings
Candidate Profile:

Experience in events, meetings or hospitality coordination
