Freelance AV Technician

Day Rate: £210 Location: Onsite (Manchester)Contract: Freelance / Ad-hoc support

My client is looking for an experienced Freelance AV Technician to provide onsite support across their Manchester offices. This is a hands-on technical role delivering high-quality meeting room support, preventative maintenance and break/fix services.

• Provide onsite AV/IT support across meeting rooms and collaboration spaces
• Deliver meeting room setup, live event assistance, and technical troubleshooting
• Carry out preventative maintenance on AV systems to ensure optimal performance
• Respond to and resolve break/fix issues efficiently and professionally
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors when required
• Maintain accurate logs, reports and equipment documentation

• Strong background in AV systems, including videoconferencing (Teams, Zoom), displays, DSPs, microphones, control systems etc.
• Confident supporting users in fast-paced corporate environments
• Solid fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently on a freelance basis

• £210 per day
