Senior Client Services Manager (with fluent Dutch), Greater Manchester. (£30,000 - £36,000 + excellent benefits)

Exciting Opportunity for an experienced Senior Client Services Manager (with fluent Dutch) to join our Client's friendly team in Greater Manchester working on several large-scale accounts with a focus on digital signage.

Responsibilities

• Client account management, development and growth.
• Manage several large key accounts and projects, from concept through design, to installation, and post installation
• Work with various contractors and suppliers to build a working relationship
• Hit the ground running and develop the role in line with business needs undertaking related duties as required.

Qualifications

At least 3 years' digital marketing and 3 years' client service / digital project management experience is preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication with the ability to present to a large audience / brand agency.
• Enthusiasm for technology and how it can help deliver value into retail organisations.
• Experience with studio production and digital asset creation.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Managing and delivering multiple project deliveries.
• Flexible and able to travel to accommodate the client's requirements, including working remotely at Client HO's.
• Passion for branding and creative development from concept to production.

Desired Skills

• Design or advertising background in digital is preferred.
• Experience with content management web-based systems.
• Experience working within retail store design.
• Understanding and interest in retail trading.
• A friendly and open personality, with the ability to adjust to different settings.
• A quick learner and team player.
