Service Coordinator - AV Integrator (1 Year Maternity Cover)
Location: Farnborough (Hybrid Working)
Salary: (£30,000 - £35,000)
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our clients team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. Based primarily from their Farnborough office, with flexibility to work remotely as part of a hybrid working model, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of resources and support services across multiple client locations.

Key Responsibilities
As Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and scheduling of resources, ensuring service requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
Key duties include:
- Coordinating resource allocation across multiple client sites
- Scheduling internal staff, freelancers, and agency personnel
- Managing and publishing weekly rotas
- Liaising with agencies and freelance personnel to secure appropriate resource coverage
- Processing overtime claims and timesheets
- Managing holiday requests and arranging suitable cover
- Quoting and scheduling additional client support requirements
- Maintaining and updating internal operational trackers and records
- Supporting purchasing activities, including obtaining quotations, processing sales orders, and raising purchase orders
- Arranging equipment hire for client events and projects
- Coordinating training activities for clients
- Producing and collating weekly operational reports
- Organising travel arrangements for the Services team
- Managing emergency absence cover, including occasional out-of-hours coordination where required
- Recording and updating absence information accurately and promptly
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong administration and coordination experience
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Understanding of the confidential nature of HR-related and contractual information
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly:
- Excel (including formulas and data management), Word and Outlook
- Experience of purchasing processes, including raising purchase orders
