IT Technician Long Term Role Llanelli Prospero Teaching is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable IT Technician to join a school in the Llanelli area on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills who enjoys problem-solving and supporting others within an educational environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support across the school
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
• Maintain and update IT systems and equipment
• Support staff and students with technical queries
• Work as part of a wider support team to ensure smooth IT operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an IT Technician (school experience desirable)
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
