Account Executive

Location: London, UK – Onsite (5 days per week in a satellite office).

Compensation: Up to £75,000 + Competitive Equity .

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiter acquisition: source, pitch, close, and expand accounts.
  • Identify and onboard high-performing recruiters and boutique agencies.
  • Build and refine outbound systems to generate a consistent pipeline.
  • Grow strategic agency relationships and drive long-term value.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute scalable GTM strategies.

Key Requirements

  • 3–8 years in sales, partnerships, or business development within a fast-paced startup.
  • Proven outbound success and ability to independently generate pipeline.
  • Consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tools (e.g., Attio, Clay, Smartlead).
  • Bonus: experience in recruiting, fintech, or marketplace businesses.
  • Highly driven and collaborative, with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
