What you will be doing:
  • Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging, age appropriate activities that support early development.
  • Working closely with individual SEND children or small groups, offering targeted support.
  • Using your understanding of psychology to create a positive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued.
  • Helping children develop their communication, social, and fine motor skills through creative play and hands on activities.
  • Creating a safe, encouraging space where every child feels valued and included.
About you:
  • Recent sociology graduate or soon to be graduate with a passion for working with young children.
  • Patient, empathetic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
  • Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children.
  • Willing to get stuck in, learn on the job, and bring energy to every day.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
