Role Overview:
Our client are seeking a talented and motivated Power Platform Developer to join their technology team.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience building solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, andmaintain robust solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-driven apps) to meet business needs.
- Build Power Automate flows to automate processes and integrate with internal and external systems.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices in security, governance, and maintainability.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Dynamics 365).
- Participate in code reviews, solution testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Keep up-to-date with new features and updates to the Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3-6 years' experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Microsoft 365 integration, and connectors.
- Solid experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript is highly desirable.
- Experience with SQL Server and data modelling.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative team environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with Dynamics 365/CRM integrations.
- Understanding of financial services systems or processes.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).
