HR Analyst
Workday HRIS Analyst
Location: Flexible / Hybrid | Type: Full-time
New opportunity for a HRIS Analyst to help drive the optimisation, development, and maintenance of their HR systems, with a strong focus on Workday. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to system improvement, reporting capability, and user experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and optimisation of Workday to meet business requirements
• Configure and maintain the system, ensuring high data integrity
• Create and manage Workday reports and dashboards, including matrix and composite reports
• Support MI reporting and dashboard development across the business
• Respond to system queries and provide user support
• Maintain end-user training materials and resources
• Assist with Workday releases and change management activities
• Support the administration of the firm’s Benefits system, including annual enrolment
• Contribute to communication plans relating to system updates and enhancements
Skills & Experience Required:
• Strong Workday reporting experience, including advanced report types
• Previous experience working with an HRIS, ideally Workday
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in data presentation
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
• Proven problem-solving abilities and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of data protection and high standards of data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Experience with Power BI or Workday integrations is desirable
