Workforce Planning Lead - Global, Resource management, HCM, 12 months £350-550pd ( umbrella)

I am looking for a Workforce Planning lead who can take data from multiple systems and locations and create improvements.

The systems being used are Workday and SAP but a lot of the planning is being carried out using Excel. We need someone who can utilise these data sources and work with stakeholders to drive business insights and processes as well as implement new efficiencies around cost, budget and trends and forecasting.

You will driving the set up of dashboards to measure KPI's and working with stakeholders to implement these.

To be successful at this role you will need to demonstrate prior experience within a workforce planning role and show that you can manage stakeholders outside of just delivering data based reports.

As this role is based within a HR function it would be desirable if someone has an understanding or HR process however this isn't essential.
