CRM Developer
Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic CRM Developer (circa £40,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits) to join a thriving, innovative fintech business in Northampton. 3 days a week in the office, 2 from home.
This outgoing role is a mix for CRM development & coding responsibilities alongside systems & tech support within a busy, high-performing fintech business.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide second-line support for Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Creator & more.
- Continuous Zoho CRM Development & Customisation for a wide range of requirements across the business operations.
- Deliver day-to-day troubleshooting and user support across Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM.
- Maintain and configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and automations in Zoho CRM.
- Training new employees on the usage of Zoho CRM within the business.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including user account setup and permissions.
- Assist with general administration of SaaS tools used across the business.
- Liaise with the broader technical team to resolve escalations and implement system improvements.
The position is likely to grow with importance over time and the business is experiencing fantastic trajectory into new areas which will see a strong roadmap & project pipeline for this position.
