The role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, testing new ideas and seeing a direct connection between their work and business growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of social media presence, content strategy and organic growth.
  • Developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Testing new audiences, creative, messaging, landing pages and acquisition funnels.
  • Managing content calendars, creative briefs and campaign reporting.
  • Monitoring key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and customer acquisition.
  • Working closely with external agencies, freelancers and creative partners to ensure performance and delivery.
  • Identifying new marketing channels, partnerships and opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Supporting website, landing page, CRO and funnel optimisation.
  • Using AI, automation and emerging marketing technology to improve content creation, campaign performance and internal processes.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Strong experience across digital marketing, ideally within a B2B environment.

  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies, freelancers or marketing partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
  • Experience with WordPress, email marketing and digital content.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and a genuine appetite to experiment and try new things.
