Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Proximity Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a B2B SaaS provider in Hull to appoint a talented Digital Marketing Manager (up to £60,000 + Benefits) in a tactical, hands-on position that will grow strategically over time.

This role will own and deliver digital go-to-market strategy, driving measurable MQL growth and ensuring the brand continues to lead within their niche technology space. It’s ideal for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who enjoys performance ownership in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing and GTM strategy
  • Build and optimise an ABM approach to generate high-quality MQLs
  • Own marketing KPIs including MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROI
  • Lead marketing analytics, reporting, and performance optimisation
  • Manage marketing automation and attribution tools
  • Oversee digital performance across SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and CRO
  • Drive A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
  • Analyse customer segmentation to refine targeting and messaging
  • Manage digital budgets and optimise spend based on performance
  • Deliver content marketing and thought leadership initiatives
  • Report performance and insights to senior stakeholders

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology marketing
  • Strong focus on efficient MQL generation and ROI
  • Hands-on experience with paid digital campaigns
  • Strong analytics capability using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
  • Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, and funnel performance
  • Confident, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a small team
