An established and growing IT solutions provider is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive / BDM / Account Manager to join their team in a hybrid role based near the Midlands. This role isn’t just about hitting KPIs it’s about building long-term relationships, understanding what businesses really need, and delivering tailored IT solutions that make a difference. They support a wide range of clients, from SME's to large corporate accounts, acting as an extension of their IT teams. The Role:
•Identify and engage potential clients
•Understand individual business needs and provide tailored IT solutions
•Manage relationships and help existing clients grow with upgraded or additional services The Package:
•Salary is flexible and based on current gross profit performance
•Ideally, candidates will be billing around £20k+ GP/month
•Hybrid working: just one office day per month for team connection and collaboration
•9-5 hours with flexibility and support, no micromanagement
•Incredible commission structure Who This Is For:
