We're seeking a tenacious and resilient Sales Development Representative to join their expanding sales team. This isn't just about making calls - you'll be building meaningful relationships with care providers who are looking to transform how they operate.
What You'll Be Doing- Relationship Building: Connect with potential customers from their established database of care agencies
- Qualifying Prospects: Have meaningful conversations about their care management challenges
- Appointment Setting: Schedule demonstrations for the Sales Manager to showcase solutions
- Lead Management: Track and nurture prospects through their CRM system
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about trends in the care sector
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop winning strategies
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on activities and results
Essential:
