Measurement Project Manager

Measurement Project Manager - 6 month FTC

Responsible for managing the planning, coordination and delivery of the Measurement workstream for a large global FMCG client. This role will support the operationalisation of the Measurement & Learning roadmap by ensuring milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, decisions, reporting cadences and stakeholder actions are clearly defined, tracked and followed through across Publicis and agency ecosystem teams.

The Project Manager will sit at the centre of a complex, cross-functional measurement programme spanning client stakeholders, Measurement Leads, Data Strategy, Reporting, Project Management, transformation teams and capability partners. The role will bring project discipline to the workstream by maintaining the integrated plan, driving meeting cadence, managing actions and RAID logs, coordinating stakeholder inputs, preparing status readouts and helping the team move from roadmap to delivery at pace.

Role Objectives:

Project Planning & Delivery Governance:

  • Own and maintain the integrated project plan for the Measurement workstream across including milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, decisions, risks and status.
  • Translate the Measurement & Learning roadmap into clear delivery plans, sprint plans, meeting agendas, milestone charts and action trackers.
  • Establish and manage the workstream governance cadence, including weekly working sessions, stakeholder check-ins, readiness reviews, QBR inputs, leadership updates and decision forums.
  • Ensure each workstream has clear ownership, timing, inputs, outputs, review points and escalation routes, especially where measurement touches data, reporting, taxonomy, tools, governance, testing or planning processes.
  • Maintain disciplined project documentation so that the team has a single source of truth for plans, actions, risks, decisions, stakeholder inputs and delivery progress.

Stakeholder Coordination & Engagement:

  • Coordinate inputs from stakeholders early in the operationalisation process so that market, regional and segment needs are captured before plans become fully baked.
  • Support the team in identifying the right stakeholders for each measurement topic, including data, reporting, tools, taxonomy, governance, Growth Audiences, Global Test & Learn, MMM proxy curves and post-campaign learning.
  • Manage stakeholder meeting logistics, agendas, pre-reads, notes, actions and follow-ups for measurement working sessions and leadership touchpoints.
  • Help prepare concise briefs and status materials that clarify account needs, open questions, decisions required, stakeholder responsibilities and next steps.
  • Maintain stakeholder maps and RACI inputs to support clearer ownership and reduce overlap across Publicis and agency ecosystem teams.

Measurement Workstream Operations:

  • Support the operational delivery of measurement activities across framework validation, data requirements, reporting/dashboard rollout, taxonomy, tagging, tool readiness, learning capture and measurement governance.
  • Track progress against priority measurement workstreams, including operationalising the framework, Growth Audiences, Global Test & Learn, MMM/proxy curves, reporting cadence, PESO measurement and post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate with Measurement Leads, Data Strategy, Reporting and capability teams to ensure project plans reflect realistic data availability, dashboard timelines, technical dependencies and market readiness.
  • Help teams identify blockers early, escalate issues appropriately and keep delivery moving across parallel workstreams and time zones.

Status Reporting, RAID & Continuous Improvement:

  • Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, dependency trackers, action trackers, milestone charts and status reports for the measurement programmes.
  • Prepare regular progress updates for stakeholders, highlighting completed actions, upcoming milestones, open decisions, risks, blockers and support required.
  • Track Measurement Readiness indicators where relevant, including stakeholder engagement, data availability, dashboard access, training needs, process adherence and open implementation risks.
  • Capture lessons from pilots, QBRs, readiness reviews, stakeholder sessions, dashboard rollouts and post-campaign analyses, then feed them back into project plans and operating routines.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management ways of working, ensuring templates, cadences, documentation and reporting are simple, consistent and useful for the team.

Qualifications:

· Prior extensive experience in project management, programme management, marketing operations, measurement operations, transformation delivery, media operations or client-facing delivery within an agency, consultancy, technology or client-side environment.

· Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional workstreams with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, milestones, risks and decision points.

· Experience supporting global, regional and market teams, ideally across media, measurement, analytics, reporting, transformation, data strategy or marketing technology programmes.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong project management capability, including integrated planning, milestone management, RAID tracking, dependency mapping, meeting management, action follow-up and executive status reporting.
  • Working understanding of marketing measurement, reporting, KPI frameworks, dashboards, data readiness, test-and-learn processes, post-campaign analysis and the role of measurement within media planning and optimisation.
  • Experience using programme-management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Jira, Asana or equivalent platforms.
  • Ability to create clear project artefacts, including plans, milestone charts, workback schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, RACI inputs, decision logs, meeting notes and status decks.
