The role
We are currently seeking an Associate Director with strong Amazon DSP experience where you'll be involved with drawing out Media insights and building out suitable audiences for a large cosmetics client.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be heavily involved in building out Audience strategy, segmentation to optimise workstreams.
Responsibilities
- AMC roadmap and testing agenda – continuing delivery against the maturity plan and commitments made
- Ongoing analysis and insights – delivering assigned workstreams and maintaining a consistent output to support optimisation and client discussions
- Integration with broader retail media strategy – connecting AMC outputs into DSP, Search and full-funnel planning as we evolve the “AMC growth engine”
- Oversee recurring tasks across teams - monthly reports & optimisation recommendations, QBRs
Your experience
- Proven experience and knowledge across Amazon DSP (AMC etc)
- Technical mindset who has understanding of coding (SQL)
- Insight-led who has proven experienced building out different audience types
- Agency experience is preferred but, not essential
