Pulse Group are proud to be working with an incredibly exciting AI-native startup building a next-generation product that goes far beyond "just another chatbot!"
They’re creating a proactive AI Lifestyle Operating System for some of the world’s highest-performing founders, athletes and creatives, using AI to actually advise, execute and manage across travel, dining, wellness, experiences and more.
The business has already raised $12m from an impressive group of investors and is now expanding its founding engineering team.
This is a genuinely hands-on, high-ownership position working directly alongside the CTO, building the backend infrastructure behind the product and taking features all the way from idea to production.
What we’re looking for:
🔹 5+ years building production backend systems
🔹 Excellent Python & Django / DRF experience
🔹 Strong SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge
🔹 Experience with background processing, ideally Celery
🔹 Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI infrastructure
🔹 Cloud-native production experience, ideally GCP
🔹 Exposure to RAG, agent-based systems or orchestration is a big plus
🔹 Someone who enjoys ownership, solving difficult engineering problems and shipping
Tech: Python | Django | DRF | Celery | GCP | Terraform | PostgreSQL | LLM Integrations | Agent Orchestration | RAG | REST APIs | CI/CD
This isn't one for someone looking to disappear into a huge engineering organisation. It’s a small, senior founding team where you’ll be close to the CTO, close to the product and have genuine influence over the technical direction as the company scales.
