We're partnering exclusively with a PE-backed EdTech business embarking on a major digital rebrand, and we're looking for an experienced Product Designer with outstanding Design Systems expertise to help shape the next chapter of their digital experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build a scalable design system from the ground up, working alongside an experienced UX Lead and collaborating with Product, Engineering and Brand teams to create a platform that will be used long after the project has finished.

🎯 You'll be...

✅ Building a scalable Design System from scratch

✅ Creating reusable Figma component libraries

✅ Defining typography, colour, spacing, grids and interaction patterns

✅ Working closely with UX, Product & Engineering

✅ Establishing governance, documentation and best practice

✅ Helping deliver a major digital rebrand for a growing organisation

👀 We're looking for...

🎨 Proven experience building enterprise Design Systems

🧩 Expert-level Figma (Variables, Tokens, Auto Layout & Components)

📱 Strong Product Design experience across responsive digital products

♿ Excellent understanding of accessibility and inclusive design

🤝 Comfortable partnering with developers and engineering teams

⚡ Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced delivery environment

💼 Experience of rebranding programmes would be highly advantageous

➕ Drupal, Tokens Studio or design-to-code workflow experience is a bonus
