💻 The role: Senior Product Manager (Core Customer Experience)

A rare Senior PM role where the job is to set a vision and earn buy-in across teams who don't report to you. This business is undertaking a major digital transformation of its flagship customer app, covering all services in one place, and they need someone to own the connective tissue that holds the whole experience together.

Key focus areas

🚪 Own the "Welcome Experience," driving onboarding and digital adoption across the full customer lifecycle

🧩 Lead a lightning-fast, app-first multi-service onboarding journey, aligning individual service teams into one cohesive flow

🎨 Act as primary custodian of the Design System, driving adoption across all contributing tech teams

🏗️ Redesign the information architecture of the app and web estate, solving the technical bottleneck so domain teams can contribute autonomously without fragmenting the experience

🧾 Lead the creation of a simplified digital billing experience across multiple services

You'll need...

⭐ Experience managing high-usage, high-frequency consumer apps

⭐ Expert-level customer journey mapping and friction-busting at scale

⭐ A track record of driving adoption across teams without formal authority

⭐ Genuine cross-functional diplomacy and technical fluency with engineering

⭐ Resilience. Comfortable being told no and finding another way in

Ideal background: platform or ecosystem PMs who've owned a capability other teams chose to adopt, such as a search platform, personalisation engine, or payments capability, where adoption had to be earned rather than mandated.
