🎯 The Opportunity

We’re hiring our first dedicated Programme Operations leader to bring the discipline of social ad ops & performance marketing into a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS business working with 60+ global enterprise brands.

This isn’t traditional ad ops, this is about applying rigorous social testing, experimentation & optimisation frameworks to large-scale advocacy and creator-led programmes making them measurable, scalable and commercially powerful.

Whether you’re currently a Head of Ad Ops, Ad Ops Manager or Senior Ad Ops Specialist, this is a chance to step into a highly strategic, high-impact role.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing:

🏗 Build the Programme Operations Function

  • Design scalable implementation frameworks across multiple enterprise brands
  • Introduce structured A/B testing & experimentation protocols
  • Define operational KPIs tied to engagement, retention & commercial impact
  • Turn ad-hoc execution into repeatable, testable systems

📊 Drive Testing & Optimisation

  • Run disciplined experiments across onboarding, rewards, gamification & engagement loops
  • Analyse performance data and rapidly scale winning variants
  • Create feedback loops between programme performance & product roadmap
  • Connect engagement metrics to LTV, retention & renewal outcomes

⚙️ Scale & Systemise

  • Develop playbooks, templates & governance for consistent rollouts
  • Manage multiple concurrent test programmes
  • Build operational infrastructure that supports continuous improvement

🔎 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Core Experience

  • 5+ years in Social Ad Ops, Performance Marketing or Campaign Operations
  • Deep hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest or similar platforms
  • Proven track record running structured A/B testing at scale
  • Experience improving measurable performance through systematic optimisation
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent social programmes

📈 Technical & Strategic Strength

  • Strong understanding of experimentation design & statistical rigour
  • Confident working with performance data (GA, Looker, Tableau, SQL etc.)
  • Systems thinker, you build frameworks that scale
  • Able to connect operational metrics to commercial outcomes

⭐ Bonus

  • Influencer, creator, advocacy or UGC programme experience
  • Enterprise retail / beauty brand exposure
  • Experience building new operational functions from scratch
