Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall product strategy for lockers, 24-hour shops, and collection points
• Map and optimise complex processes across teams and end-to-end customer journeys
• Drive the last-mile delivery experience with a focus on operational efficiency and UX
• Manage operationally critical products connecting to APIs and backend systems
• Navigate technical and operational complexity , from integrations to workflows
• Challenge the status quo, identify opportunities for improvement , and lead strategic discussions
• Collaborate across stakeholders while maintaining strategic ownership and product vision

The ideal candidate

• Experienced in logistics, last-mile delivery, or operationally complex industries
• Proven senior PM experience with the ability to own strategy and deliver impact immediately
• Skilled at managing process and technical complexity , including APIs and integrations
• Ambitious, outcome-driven, and comfortable leading change across teams
• Able to balance strategic vision with practical execution , challenging the status quo where needed
