We’re partnering with a globally recognised digital media brand with an online audience exceeding 100 million users.
They’re looking for an exceptional Product Designer to define and architect the future of their Account Hub experience, a critical area directly impacting subscription growth, membership engagement and long-term customer value.
This is a strategic, systems-level design piece not feature-level delivery.
🎯 The Objective
To define the end-to-end Account Hub experience and foundational framework that future design and development will build upon.
This includes shaping:
• What the Account Hub represents for users
• How logged-in users should feel, behave and engage
• How subscriptions, account management and engagement intersect
• The design principles and experience model that governs this ecosystem
This work will directly influence subscription acquisition, retention and member engagement strategy.
🧠What You’ll Be Doing
• Auditing current account and membership experiences across multiple products
• Mapping key user personas and critical logged-in journeys
• Defining the Account Hub architecture, structure and experience framework
• Establishing clear design principles and interaction language
• Creating high-level flows and wireframe concepts
• Reviewing competitors and best-in-class subscription & membership platforms
• Providing strategic UX direction and guidance to the internal design team
This is about creating a scalable, cohesive logged-in ecosystem that supports growth and commercial performance.

🔎 What We’re Looking For
Someone who has:
• Defined account, subscription or membership experiences at a systems level
• A strong consumer product background (high-traffic B2C platforms ideally)
• Experience improving subscription acquisition or logged-in engagement
• A commercially aware mindset designing for conversion, retention and LTV
• The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
Experience working within complex, content-rich or high-scale digital environments would be a significant advantage.
This is a high-visibility contract with the opportunity to influence the logged-in experience of millions of users globally.
