💥 The Opportunity
You’ll step in at a pivotal time to:
- 🔥 Lead a full product transformation shifting from marketplace-first to D2C-led growth
- 🌍 Own a global product strategy across supply, operations, and demand ecosystems
- 📈 Drive serious commercial impact scaling international revenue, particularly in the US
- 🤖 Embed AI across the product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery
- ⚡ Increase pace, clarity & execution across a high-potential product org

🧠 What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Define and drive a clear, commercially sharp product vision
- Turn complex business challenges into simple, scalable product solutions
- Lead and elevate a high-calibre team (Product + Design)
- Partner deeply with engineering to accelerate delivery and innovation
- Build customer-first, data-driven experiences across web & app
- Balance short-term wins with long-term platform evolution
- Make smart calls on build vs buy, always with speed and impact in mind
- Bring clarity, momentum and accountability across a fast-moving environment
🎯 What They’re Looking For
- Proven Product Director / VP-level experience in global, consumer-facing environments
- Strong track record in D2C, eCommerce or marketplace scale-ups
- Someone who can set vision AND deliver outcomes
- Deep understanding of commercial drivers, data and customer experience
- A leader who builds high-performing, empowered teams
- Comfortable operating with pace, ambiguity and high expectations
- Passion for AI and how it’s reshaping product development
