Data Product Manager

- 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to convert to permanent)

Pulse Recruit are leading the search for a data-focused Product Manager to join our client, a leading Logistics brand, on a 6-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) with potential to convert to permanent. This role will focus on driving data and intelligence initiatives, working at the intersection of data/AI and commercial products.

Key Responsibilities

- Interface between business reporting needs and data/AI teams

- Build and priorities backlog for practical reporting and insights around the network

- Drive accountability and delivery in an organisation that has historically struggled to get data initiatives over the line

- Work with stakeholders to define clear data requirements and hold teams accountable for delivery

- Navigate complex organisational structures to push data initiatives forward

- Help transform data into strategic insights that drive business decisions

Required Experience

- Product management experience with a strong focus on data and insights

- Experience working between data/AI teams and commercial/business stakeholders

- Track record of successfully delivering data-driven products in complex organisations

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in challenging environments

- Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools

Preferred Experience

- Background in logistics, last-mile delivery, or geospatial data (beneficial but not essential)

- Experience building datasets from scratch and prioritising against business needs

- Familiarity with multiple stakeholder reporting requirements
