💰 Rate: £450–£500 per day Outside IR35

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for your squad, balancing user needs with institutional priorities

• Drive discovery and delivery, taking initiatives from problem statement through to shipped product

• Digitise and redesign processes currently handled manually, by email, or verbally

• Manage a mix of permanent staff and contractors, keeping the team aligned and moving

• Work closely with senior stakeholders across the institution to gather requirements and build buy-in

• Navigate a complex technical landscape, including Dynamics, Power Pages, and legacy systems

• Contribute to a collaborative, evidence-led product culture within a growing team

✅ What I'm Looking For

• Proven Product Manager experience, ideally in a large or complex organisation

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Pages - ESSENTIAL

• Comfortable across the full Power Platform stack - ESSENTIAL

• Experience taking products from zero to one and/or leading platform migrations

• Strong stakeholder management

• Exposure to the Banner system is a bonus

• Higher education or public sector background is a plus, but not essential
